I have a question about my order, who can I contact?
Our Customer Success team is here for you!! They would love to help you with any questions or concerns that you may have. Customer Success is available to you Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CST by calling (931) 263-1981 excluding major holidays. When you call our Customer Success line, you will be speaking directly with one of our highly trained and experienced Reveal Representatives. For your convenience, you can also submit a ticket by going to the “Contact Us” tab in your Reveal Customer or Consultant account. Please allow up to 48 business hours for ticket responses.
I just placed my first order with Reveal; how long will it take to get to me?
All orders that do not contain Live Reveal Items ship out in just 3 – 5 business days.
When ordering Live Reveal Items and Shop the box items, the time frame for deliveries will depend on which
Oyster openings for a Mounted piece of jewelry are specialty items. We take great pride in our high quality, personally mounted and quality checked Mounted Jewelry. All mounted items are completed in house by our professionally trained jewelry team. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your personally mounted items.
